Reframing Your Thoughts

While there are multiple ways to reframe, some of the easiest are learning to ask yourself:

  • Will this matter in one week
  • Will it matter in one month
  • Will it matter in one year or five years

Another way to look at the thinking error or thought that is causing your stress or struggles is to look at:

  • Worst case of what will happen
  • Best case of what might happen
  • What is probably the reality of what is going on

There is always: Ashing yourself if this stuck point or thought will stand up in a court of law

Something you can do is look at the emotion driving the thought. Is this a thought or a stuck point driven by emotion?
